Jakarta E-Prix, Indonesia

Norman Nato on track during the Jakarta E-Prix

A new addition to the Formula E calendar in Season 8, the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit is a purpose-built venue in the north of Indonesia’s capital city, set to host Rounds 10 and 11.

Based on the most populated island in the world, Java, the 2.37-kilometer track features a long main straight with excellent overtaking opportunities at Turn 1. Combined with a quick but twisty second sector, the track provides an excellent all-around test for the drivers.

Heat and humidity add another challenge, with the conditions affecting the way the cars run, making the weekend, which will be a double-header for the first time in Season 9, even tougher.

Nissan Formula E Team took their best result in Jakarta, with Sacha Fenestraz and Norman Nato putting in performances to take fourth and fifth in Jakarta.
